the rooms were clean and i thought that the beds were comfortable enough.
the coffee machine in my room was broken i requested an iron but it never arrived everything just seemed to take too long the staff didn't seem to care about the wait times.

The staff greeted us with such kindness and warmth. our room received an upgrade for free. the hotel provided a taxi service, a helpful convenience for exploring. the restaurant food was amazing. I enjoyed every meal there!!!

The check-in process was impressively smooth. The staff were helpful. They created a cute atmosphere. Breakfast offered a good variety and quality. It helped me start each day WELL. The hotel's proximity to amenities made exploring the area very easy.
I found the noise from the nearby boulevard somewhat distracting at times, though it didn't drastically affect my stay.

The Superior Double Room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. There was ample space for luggage, VERY convenient. The air conditioning unit worked effectively and kept the room cool.

The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section. A rooftop terrace offered panoramic views.

The hotel is conveniently close to the train station. Several restaurants and shops are within a short walking distance. Bus stops are nearby, nice for easy access to the Medina.

I found the rooftop pool and restaurant area to be fine and peaceful. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. My room was cleaned to a very high standard, and they refilled bottled water daily. It was convenient to have a store in front of the hotel for easy access to snacks.
I noticed the balcony could be easily accessed from either side, and there was no key to lock the balcony door.

The room was contemporary and spacious with very comfortable amenities. The bed provided very nice comfort, and the bathroom included a nice-sized rain shower that offered excellent water pressure.

Breakfast featured a wide variety of pastries, cheeses, and other items. The buffet offered choices beyond expectations. The breakfast service was excellent, and it was a great pleasure to enjoy breakfast served in style.
